3. Getting Here

From Manila / Naga / Caramoan town proper:
Bus: Manila → Naga (10–12 hrs)
Tricycle: Naga Terminal → Tugawe Café (5–10 mins)
Van pick-up: 6:00–6:30 AM, Naga → Guijalo Port (3–4 hrs)
Boat: Guijalo Port → Resort (11:00–11:30 AM, 45 mins depending on sea conditions)

From Manila / Virac / Codon:
Flight: Manila → Virac, Catanduanes (1 hr, Cebu Pacific)
Drive: Virac Airport → Codon Port (30 mins)
Boat: Codon Port → Resort (30–45 mins)

Do you arrange transfers?
- Yes, we arrange van + boat transfers (additional fees apply).

Is there parking available?
- Yes, free parking at Guijalo Port.

What types of rooms are available?
Hilltop, Hillside, and Lakeside Cabanas.

Do rooms have AC, hot showers, and Wi-Fi?
Yes to air-conditioning & hot showers.
Wi-Fi only at the restaurant (not in rooms).

Do you provide extra beds?
Yes, extra mattresses are available (with additional charge).

Is the resort pet-friendly?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Do you have an in-house restaurant?
Yes, Tugawe Cove Café serves delicious meals.

What food do you serve?
Authentic Filipino favorites and Bicolano specialties.

Is outside food allowed?
Cooked food is not allowed since we have our own restaurant.

No. They can wait only at the docking area.

Yes! We can prepare honeymoon, anniversary, or proposal setups (extra charge applies).

Yes, we host both private and corporate events.

Do you allow drones?
Yes, but the resort is not liable for lost/damaged drones.

Do you have a first aid kit?
Yes, basic first aid is available.

Are there lifeguards?
Yes, our staff watch over guests at the pools and beach.

How safe is boat travel?
Our boats are equipped with katig (outriggers) and life vests for all passengers.
